The ICS241 is a versatile counting and simple weighing scale for various industrial applications, including production, warehouse and logistics, packaging and quality control. It offers an easy-to-use human-machine interface with an intuitive LCD display and alphanumeric keypad for easy and fast operation. Smart database management features  improve productivity, eliminate operator errors and reduce risk and cost. It features a readability of 0.1g at a weighing capacity 3 - 30kg.

Smart Database Management

The transaction database can save each counting/weighing result and up to 30,000 entries via SD card for traceability. Export .csv files from SD card to a PC in Microsoft Excel.

Batteries for Mobile Operation

The ICS241 has an easily accessible battery compartment with six D-size dry or rechargeable batteries for self-contained operation time of up to 100 hours.

Intuitive LCD Display

Dot-Matrix LCD displays shows text and graphics for excellent operator guidance. All relevant information is shown on one screen. Three different display styles are available for your convenience.

Knowledge at your Fingertips

Your collected data is centrally stored for easy analysis, in realtime, with tools such as Microsoft Excel.  You can also take your visualizations on-the-go with web-based dashboards that can be accessed from any PC or mobile device.
