Frying oil deteriorate during prolonged use over 180°C, and cause the appearance of carcinogenic derivatives.
European decrees require to change the oil when exceeds 25% Polar Compounds.
Beyond the oil is unfit for human consumption.

The % of CP, immediately visible on the digital display,
allows you to quickly assess the level of thermal oxidation of frying oil.

3 colored LEDs visually indicate the level of oxidation of the oil:
0-15% (green led) = normal
16-24% (yellow led) = acceptable
25% and more (red led) = oil unsuitable for consumption

Tester supplied with rubber shock protection.
Battery charging via USB connection.
Supplied in a box with recalibration liquid.
